| POSITION SUMMARY: The LTL Sales Manager will lead the Quebec sales team in the sale of transportation services. The successful candidate will provide direction and support to assist their team in increasing market share, improving customer satisfaction and exceeding client expectation. The LTL Sales Manager will ensure that revenue goals and targets are achieved. Candidates must be bilingual. |

| SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS In addition to initiative, integrity, strong work ethic and being a team player: University degree or equivalent experience Minimum five years of transportation sales experience Well-developed project management and sales management skills Superior listening skills are required Solid business acumen Able to learn quickly with organization and priority management skills Strong written and oral communication skills Bilingual in English and French |
