Outside Sales/Leasing Rep/Account Manager wanted for Calgary and Southern AB – Calgary based.

We are currently looking for one of our existing clients for an Outside Sales/Leasing Rep/Account Manager for Calgary and Southern Alberta .
You must be able to identify new opportunities with a “fresh pair of eyes” and have the personality to go and get the business and close the deal.
In this role we are looking for someone who has the following skill sets:
Relationship building skills.
Takes direction well and obtains the end result 90% of the time.
Being able to read blueprints and deal with different bylaws and municipalities.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Excellent Follow up and Execution.
Team player.
Cold calling is 80% of the job and if you do not like to do this – please do not apply.
