The Brick’s Logistics/Traffic team is currently looking for an energetic, innovative Junior Logistics Analyst (12 month Temporary Position) to assist with financial analysis, monthly reports and customs requirements for imports.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate good team work skills, the ability to multi task and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Monthly Financial Analysis
- Expenses account analysis
- Update monthly statement templates
- Communicate with Business Support team to gather monthly management reporting
- Record changes to inventory landing factors
- Import document matching and filing
- Gather data/information for various projects
- Work closely with customs group and Financial Manager for Logistics & Fleet
Requirements:
- Hi gh school diploma or equivalent
- Completed or working towards completion of a post-secondary Accounting program
- Previous experience working in Traffic or Logistics is an asset
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Email etc
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi task, be detailed oriented and work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
