Operators and Swab Assistants - Red Deer and Brooks

Our swab and tank trucks have been designed to travel on road bans up to 75% to ensure our employees have the opportunity to work year round. Swabtech operates throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan and is based in Sylvan Lake and Brooks. Working out of town may be required.
The Operator is in control of operating the swab rig and is responsible for managing the rig floor and control panel. The Operator is responsible for ensuring that the crew performs its job safely and efficiently, and within the regulatory requirements of the industry.
• Previous Swab Rig experience (prefer 5-7 years)
• Extensive knowledge of all swab rig equipment

The Swab Assistant is the entry level position on a swab rig. The Assistant is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the rig floor and assisting the Operator with the daily operations
A minimum valid Class 3 License with Airbrakes, Standard 1st Aid and H2S Alive ticket are required.
