EDG - Enhancements & Support Analyst









Position Description
This is a hands-on development and application support position in the ES&D (Engineering, Support and Deployment) team in the Client Reference Data (CRD) area of Enterprise Data Group (EDG).

The team is responsible for System Enhancements, L2 support, Release and deployment activities.

Skills Required
Candidate responsibilities would include
- Translation of business use cases into technical specs
- Hands on development on small projects and enhancements
- L2 Support activities
- Interfacing with the end users to answer system queries and incidents
- Ensuring tickets are captured, reported and analyzed regularly to drive process improvements

The candidate will have the opportunity to
- Get exposure to multiple systems
- Be part of the process standardization across EDG
- Learn business processes in Prime Brokerage domain
