REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes)
Reporting to, and working closely with the Eastern Aggregate Industry Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for servicing existing customers and developing new opportunities in the assigned territory.? This position will appeal to a dynamic, self motivated individual who has a strong background in aggregate industry operations and thrives on meeting and beating sales objectives. The Regional Sales Manager will also work with an existing regional dealer/agent to raise awareness of company offerings and initiate new business ventures in order to increase market share and meet fiscal goals.?
The incumbent will demonstrate the following qualifications:
-5 to 7 years experience in the aggregate industry.?
-Dynamic, organized and self motivated
-Demonstrated negotiations and sales skills/?abilities
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Bilingualism (English (primary) and French) is mandatory
-Available to travel regularly
-Must reside in the territory being represented, preferably in Montreal, Toronto or Ottawa
-Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.?
