Embedded Developer - Technical Lead
With presence for over 30 years and dramatic growth for over 10 years, our client is the largest designer and marketer in North America of consumer electronics. With primary operation in Montreal, they are looking for several talents developers to continue with their growth. They are currently actively seeking an Embedded Software Technical Lead who will report to the Director of Software Development. The Technical Lead will have a technical leadership role in one or more product development projects.

- Bachelor in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline
- In depth experience in C (C++ asset)
- Experience in system requirements all the way to commercial product
- Knowledge of PIC and ARM architectures
- Knowledge of RF and telecommunication protocols
- Familiarity with object oriented design
- Familiarity with encryption protocols
- Systematic approach to the problem:
- Experience in specification of the project, revision control, bugs tracking, release criteria etc.
- Excellent English communication skills, French a Strong ASSET
- Experience in technical leadership roles
