customer service/order taking
Flowershop in the N.D.G area looking for a order taking/customer service
The person will be responsible for:
*Taking orders on phone, internet and F.T.D system.
*Resolve issues and problems with customers
*Invoicing clients
*Some bookkeeping tasks
*Cutting flowers and help designer when quiet.
*Any tasks reqested by manager
The position requirements:
*minimum of 2 years experience in data entry/customer service
*Some computer software and typing knowledge
*Florist experience an asset
*Reliable, bilingual, and organized person
