Responsibilities:
Res ponsible for driving sales of Industrial Communication technologies by developing client relationships with new and existing clients that will lead to new business creating strategies to penetrate targeted vertical markets and build strong relationships with the Regional Sales organization and Channel Partners
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- As a Business Developer within the Sensors Communication team you will drive sales opportunities for Industrial Communication and Identification Systems in Canada
- Technologies within Industrial Communication, Industrial Ethernet, ProfiNet, ProfiBus will be your core activity with a focus on industrial wireless and switching
- Primary within the Quebec region you will interact with both our customers and channel partners to:
- identify and manage sales opportunities with potential customers as part of regional targets
- facilitate the sales efforts of our channel partners
- assess market opportunities and develop/implement strategies to address those opportunities
- introduce new industrial solutions to the marketplace in cooperation with Product Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or technical disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial sales product management or marketing of industrial communication equipment.
- The successful candidate will possess a -strong background in Industrial Ethernet and its applicability within the Quebec region.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with Industrial Networks like Profinet, Profibus, Industrial Ethenet IP is necessary.
- Your understanding of our value added service offerings are paramount in partnering with clients to further. understand their needs in order to provide them with a technical consultative solution.
- Passionate about exceeding customer expectations and working with a sense of urgency.
