OUTBOUND CALL CENTRE AGENT/FUNDRAISER


RMG Quebec, LP  is an outbound call centre that specializes in tele-fundraising across Canada on behalf of political and non-Profit organizations.  We are seeking candidates who have previous Outbound call centre experience to join our Montreal team.

Job Description :

As a member of our Fundraising team you will be responsible for raising funds, and play a key role in helping several reputable national organizations succeed in their missions.

Job Requirements:

This position requires someone who has the ability to pay attention to detail, think quickly on the spot and adapt easily to new things.

Desired candidates must be motivated, hard working, professional andmost importantly reliable.

Possess the ability to handle objections and Rebuttal with confidence.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

ExudeEnergy and Enthusiasm over the phone.

French: Functional (Bilingualism is an asset)

English: Excellent

Education: Secondary Completed

Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience required.

Full Time/Permanent Position=40 hours a week (Day, Evening and Weekend schedule)
