Main Duties:
1. Plan production process in order to meet tight deadlines with offshore vendors
2. Establish internal action plan to meet deadlines
3. Evaluate factory capabilities and allocate orders to appropriate vendors.
4. Establish production calendar and follow-up on production flow
5. Evaluate problem source and take action to resolve
Criteria:
1. Minimum of 5 years of apparel production planning in an import dept.
2. Above average organizational skills and strong communication skills
3. Ability to work under high pressure to meet deadlines
4. Able to resolve problem when they arise
