This position works directly with our top-notch sales, marketing and operations teams to provide external clients support on pricing, availability and logistics.

The primary role of the Branch Supervisor is to coordinate all phases of the sales cycle including, contract review, inventory allocation, product configuration, logistics and installation. The local Inside Sales Representatives are the primary point of contact for customers. The local Production team is the primary technical resource. Additional sales, and technical support is provided from the other Vernon locations in Toronto and Vancouver.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Supervision and leadership of the Montreal team.
- Ownership of the Vernon sales process with an emphasis on customer experience.
- Respond to current customers regarding product information, product delivery, contracts, etc.
- Align resources for customer installations with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with the Vernon marketing, sales, accounting, and operations teams.
Skills required for success:
- Self motivated with energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude.
- 5 or more years’ in a leadership role; team lead, manger or other role with direct supervisory skills.
- Experience with technical elements of PC, Notebooks, Servers and other related peripheral devices.
- Familiarity with Tier One Computer products such as IBM, HP and Dell.
- Must be able to perform with limited supervision
- Adept in crafting verbal and written communications
- Familiarity with project based business – managing limited resources over specific time lines.
- Demonstrated skill in understanding customer needs, and articulating solutions to close sales.
- Effectively manage project based orders within timelines.
- Exemplary business judgment with demonstrated skill in developing relationships with internal and external resources.
- Intermediate to Advanced/Expert Microsoft Office skills and web based tools.
Compensation:
Base Salary: Range $45K to $55K per annum
Performance Compensation: $10K to $15K per annum
