Executive Assistant
Duties will include:
- filing and organizing all documentation, both hard/soft copies;
- dealing with international suppliers;
- translation from French to English;
- analyzing statistics and reporting results back to the President;
- booking appointments;
- travel arrangements;
- managing some personal affairs for the President.
Skills/Qualifications:
- strong administrative skills, English and French oral/written skills, and reporting skills;
- excellent Microsoft Office and PDF skills;
- strong organization and time management;
- experience planning travel logistics;
- independent, diplomatic, and assertive.
