Required qualifications include: ·
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook (Powerpoint an asset)
- Short learning curve
- Relevant schooling or prior work experience
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, punctual, dependable, organized, and can work effectively as part of an administration team.
The candidate will be responsible for reception and administrative duties including:
- Answering, directing and posting incoming customer support calls
- Administration of building matters
- Responsible for office equipment maintenance
- Ordering office supplies
- Sending couriers
- Filing
- Other related administrative tasks as required
