Actv8 Marketing is expanding its sales force and is seeking a FIELD MARKETING SUPERVISOR to oversee our team of reps in St. Johns and surrounding areas, promoting PC Financial products & services.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN THE TEAM:
· Previous direct sales experience is an asset
· Ability to work varied shifts
· Able to recruit, hire & train a team of sales representatives
· Highly motivated, reliable, and organized
WHAT YOU RECEIVE:
· Commission or hourly wage (which ever is higher in the pay period)
